Every Tuesday at 6 pm and Saturday at 9 am Myriad Botanical Gardens offers FREE yoga, thanks to our sponsors with instructors are from the YMCA. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and going into winter, we will move yoga indoors in the lower level of the Crystal Bridge Conservatory. As a result, space is limited and advanced registration is required. All attendees must social distance on their mats and wear masks in order to participate.

Below are the dates you can register for in advance. For now, we have posted the links for Tuesday evening classes. We’ll keep you posted on Saturdays. If you choose to register and need to cancel please let us know. Classes fill up fast! Thank you.

Practicing yoga in the Gardens has the added benefit of connecting you with nature. The Gardens offer a space of beauty and tranquility to help relieve stress and quiet your mind. Classes are open to all levels, whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi. Thanks to our new presenting sponsors Fowler Auto and Tinker Federal Credit Union, with sponsor OU Medicine, yoga is offered two times weekly free of charge.

For COVID-19 precautions, Botanical Balance FREE Yoga in the Gardens continues with these restrictions:

  1. All classes will be held outside on the Devon Lawn. If we are unable to hold a class outdoors due to weather, we will cancel.
  2. All attendees must social distance on their mats in order to participate.
